Godrevy House
If you're into surfing or windsurfing, then Gwithian Beach is the ideal location for a weekend's getaway. With 3 miles of sandy beach (part of St Ives Bay - access is from the village), you'll find consistently fun rides in a wave-riding playground suitable for surfers of all abilities. Gwithian Beach is used regularly for well attended surfing competitions, some of which are arranged and sponsored by us. Just a 15 minute drive along the coast you can also catch the beachbreak barrels of Porthtowan, or, driving south, the grinding tubes of Porthleven.
Daily swell reports and up to the minute beach information is also available to help maximise beach time. Secure board store and wetsuit drying area are also supplied with surf tuition and equipment hire available.

A Reservation Deposit of 25% is required (or the first night's tariff - whichever is the larger) - this can be paid by Cheque (payable to Godrevy House) or by Credit/Debit Cards. We suggest Card details are given over the telephone.
Godrevy House is located in the village of Gwithian, which backs onto sand dunes close to the beach, with access by footpath, or a short drive to the cliff top car park. Our lively local ale house is within 100 yards and serves excellent, affordable food. There are also many restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes in the nearby towns of St Ives, Portreath and Hayle.
